She was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the entire process, making sure I understood what was being done. The service was quick and efficient, and I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend Midas, especially if you get Sabrina as your service representative!”
“Brought in my car a few months ago due to having some overheating issues. They got back to me once they found it was a radiator leak and worked with my warranty company had no issues with that and they got it done quick. Did have a problem with overheating again after picking it up but they asked me to bring it back and got it fixed right away, even checked up the next day after I picked it up to see how it was running. Appreciate them for getting it fixed quick.
Had came back recently due to overheating issues again from a bad thermostat and it was covered through warranty from the previous repair which was great also had a suspension problem aswell they got back to me and explained what it was and had it replaced and done very quick. Overall great experience both times and awesome customer service they’re easy to talk to and very trustworthy they explain everything to you before getting the work done. They do great work will be coming back if I ever need another repair again.”

“Great experience with the team here at Blue Springs Collision Repair. I want to preface that I was rear ended and had extremely minor damages to my car and it was fully functional and drivable. I mention this so it is understood that I could have taken my car anywhere of my choosing. But after carefully reviewing local shops in my area, the reviews spoke for themselves on the quality of work this place is capable of. While quality of work is important, I firmly believe the overall experience is just as much a concern, and Blue Springs Collision made it clear to me after working on my 2025 Camry that they can do both seamlessly; they provided excellent service while delivering quality work on my vehicle, making it look the same as it did when I bought it. Joe was fantastic in quoting me, setting proper expectations on how the whole process would work and even finishing the car early with no issues or hiccups. “I didn’t find Jaime until after I found out I had breast cancer. It was during my twins senior year and I was fighting parental alienation. I had two surgeries on my right breast back to back. I was working full time.
I needed my car to be repaired by someone who I could trust not to rip me off.
A friend suggested Jaime.
I will never forget how I watched her inspect every car that leaves her shop. I watched Jaime treat everyone in her shop with respect and integrity.
I took a transfer with my company and I was moving to Oregon. Jaime suggested I get my tire sensor lightd replaced. She did two at a time and broke it up for me. I get to Oregon and they don’t clean there roads. I was so happy to get them replaced.
I moved 2,009 miles and my car had zero issues. Jaime even wrote down for my new mechanic everything she was watching on my car. They were shocked. I was not.
I was recently in town. I gave Jaime a Lady Yota car social club shirt. But truthfully, what I got at Blue Springs Auto was priceless. A woman that stepped up and helped me out during the lowest time of my life.
And did not overcharge me.
Jaime asked me about Lady Yota. I have attached some photos. We were in a parade and we got first place. People told us while we were in the parade. My job likes to tell me that’s the club for the tough woman.”

“Brian is the most honest and reasonably priced auto technician in the KC area. He has repaired and helped maintain several vehicles my Mom or I had issues with and every time we were given an honest estimate and the repair quality matched the price. How do I know? I almost made the mistake of not doing due diligence and instead opting for the quick easy fix which turned out to be neither quick nor easy. Instead of driving my vehicle to Bookers I chose to have it repaired where I was - hours away from the KC area. After being told my thermostat housing, water pump, and serpentine belt needed replacing - to the tune of $1800 I decided to call Booker's auto to run the estimate and repair items by an expert. Brian in no way bad mouthed the mechanic providing the estimate but suggested I seek a second opinion and advised me about the coolant system. Today the second estimate came in significantly lower with way less parts to repair. So heads up folks unless or until you find a auto technician you can rely upon always seek a second opinion.”
