Great bank, great staff. Having been a customer with Blue Ridge for several years, I can say without question this location is my favorite. The staff is always friendly, and more than happy to accommodate any requests I've had. From the time I opened up my personal and business account at this location, to the time my daughter opened up her first checking account, I've always felt they had my best interest at heart and were there to take care of all our financial needs.

Update** Y’all have been having hardware issues for two and half years??? And still going bc I couldn’t get money again today! The atm is always out of money. You tell them and they always have an excuse for why they didn’t know. Drive thru staff is slow, rude, and unhelpful. I also am starting to feel this branch doesn’t care for black customers. I have watched how your staff interacts with your white customers and then when I get to the counter they no longer know how to speak and be friendly. I definitely thinking about finding somewhere else to go. The south branch on route 7 isn’t as bad. Such a generic response. And I stated more than just the atm. Your workers attitudes such. And they discriminate against black customers. It’s okay I am just going to move along. Because I see you only care about the atm.

If you enjoy rude, unfriendly, unhelpful people, you will find them at Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Company. This bank is the absolute worst in the Kansas City Metro! Avoid this place like you would Godzilla.

The staff is AWESOME. Very friendly and very helpful. No matter what time of day I go in, they always have smiling faces to greet me. I feel like I am the most important customer of this branch. It starts at the top which is Sidney. She is amazing and always makes my problem the most important thing to her at that moment. Thanks to all of you for making an old man like me feel good about banking with you.

I have banked with Blue Ridge Bank and Trust for more than 20 years. I have had both good and bad experiences during this time which is common with any business. I have to say those HANDS DOWN that the location on Duncan Road in Blue Springs is INCREDIBLE. Sidney , Amber and the rest of the team are some of the most professional people I have the pleasure of working with!!

I opened my personal checking personal savings and my business account with them. After 17yrs at a small town bank I was a little worried of the service I would receive with a bigger bank. I couldn't be happier. They were very easy to work with and the transition was smooth. I would recommend them to anyone.
