“Since I had not received supplies for sometime, I contacted and Lincare. I was informed that they needed a note from my Doctor every 6 months assuring that I use the CPAP. I then arranged to have a note sent from my Doctor and then followed up after a few days. One agent said they received the note and everything was good to go! Still no supplies so I called again to see what happened and was told they needed a note! I informed the agent that I had called a week ago and was told everything was good to go! After alot of checking again, they finally found the Doctors note!Seems that no one whats to followup with customers!”
