“My sister lives in a long term care facility. She has an electric mobility chair that was leaking thick grease. She was not able to use her chair except to just sit in. I contacted Christin at Mobility First and explained the situation to her and she got right on it. Her technician went out to the facility and discovered what it was that needed to be ordered and it was ordered. Christin called me and told me the part had been ordered and put on an emergency rush. The part came like in two days and the technician went out and repaired her chair. The professionalism, speed and kindness and understanding was just amazing! I was so pleased and grateful for the amount of respect and understanding that was given to us. Thank you all so much!”
