Staff is friendly and I've always had a positive experience with them. I don't use their pharmacy, too much room for improvement (been using CVS for years). Would had gone 4 stars but the place is ALWAYS dirty, parking lot looks like someplace from an inner city fast food drive thru with all the trash and litter about. The trash can in the photo I noticed was full and a week later looked the same, I doubt it was emptied and refilled so quickly, I would say according to the law of parsimony (Occam's Razor) it was never emptied in the first place and continues to just be stuffed overflowing.

Go to fill a script after I got done with surgery that was over 2 hours ago, get told by the lady at the window they are already locked up because they are going to lunch…. I tell her I would like my medication as I’m in pain and just got out of surgery. She then says she’ll have to ask the pharmacist, who comes up and says the script isn’t filled yet. I tell her it was sent two hours ago to which she replies “sometimes it takes that long because it’s sent electronically” ??? I told her I was already told it was because they’re going to lunch not because it wasn’t filled. To which she replied “sir there’s a process we have to follow.” TLD sitting here after surgery waiting for them to finish lunch. There’s a CVS right across the street I would recommend them over here any day.

I waited in line since 6:50 at the pharmacy on 11/21 and after the person in front of me left they closed the window right as I pulled up at 7PM. The y saw me on the camera and I’m the window waiting and ignored me. It’s common courtesy to help the customer waiting in line as long as they get there before close.

I am from Chicago and there was not a difficulty of transferring my prescriptions. It was readily completed. I have been in Blue Springs for a year and have not had a problem since I have been serviced by this Walgreens. I am always notified of my refill dates and the time the refill can be picked up.

The time to fill a prescription at this store has gotten ridiculous. I have been waiting 8 hours for them to fill a very common BP medication. It's been like this for months, yet recently I went to the store on the other side of town and got my script filled in 10 minutes. I only go to this one because it's right down the street from where I live. But I guess I'll be driving to the other side of town from now on. No excuse for this!

I went here yesterday to get the latest updated booster for COVID and the gentlemen administering the vaccines was so kind and caring. Very good bedside table manners. He put my anxiety and worries at ease. :)
