“Love this store! The prices are great, but that's the least of it. This location is always clean and organized. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy being there as much as any retail employee can enjoy their job. Trish, the store manager, is one of the hardest, if not THE hardest, working store manager I've ever met. Every time I see her, she's on her feet stocking shelves, running a register, or going around making sure items are in their right spots. She always has a bright smile on her face and a kind word for everyone who walks though the door. That can't be an easy task to manage, considering she works so much she might as well set up a cot in the back room. The atmosphere at Dollar Tree is certainly a breath of fresh air and that can only be attributed to stellar management. Nearly everywhere else I go, I find management doing as little work as possible while barking orders at the peons. That behavior is dehumanizing to employees and creates an atmosphere of misery and tension. That, in turn, makes shoppers feel unwelcome. Kudos to the Sullivan Dollar Tree for bucking the trend!”

“This Dollar General Store in Sullivan at 244 South service road, is always clean and you can actually walk down the isles and the shelves are always nice and neat, and stocked and you can find what you're looking for and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.”

“After a year + of being open, this store is STILL organized, CLEAN, stocked and ready for business. The main staff, Heather, Robin and Dillion are absolutely the hardest working and friendliest employees I have ever encountered. Actually, they are more than employees, they have become friends. I do not know their income level but they all 3 deserve a raise to top pay. They are ALWAYS working so hard to keep our Stanton Dollar General in perfect condition and they have not failed once. Always smiling and helpful. We are so blessed to have this business in our area.”
“Two young men were the only ones running the store at 7:00pm and seemed to be a little inexperienced. But we're polite and tried to be helpful. So I will still give a good score, and the place was clean enough but as per usual they had boxes of merchandise cluttering up the isles so one star docked for that.”
