I wish I had caught the name of the lady who was working today. We brought our daughter in for her first birthday bear and the experience was absolutely amazing. Holy Canoli, the customer service was incredible! We came in for our daughter's birthday and they went so above and beyond to make it special. I wish I could remember this girl's name, but just a star employee! She hand-drew adorable cartoons on the nametags. Amazing 😁
