“I wish I had caught the name of the lady who was working today. We brought our daughter in for her first birthday bear and the experience was absolutely amazing. You can tell the lady working really enjoys her job. The heart ceremony was absolutely wonderful and reminded me why I love Build-a-Bear. Truly a heart touching experience.”
