“I wish I had caught the name of the lady who was working today. We brought our daughter in for her first birthday bear and the experience was absolutely amazing. You can tell the lady working really enjoys her job. The heart ceremony was absolutely wonderful and reminded me why I love Build-a-Bear. Truly a heart touching experience.”

“It is one of only a few brick and mortar Disney stores in existence. The thing to keep in mind is that this is an OUTLET store. Discontinued items and things that were overstocked and didn't sell well. You will find WDW as DL and a little cruise merchandise here. The merchandise changes frequently with most Wednesdays being the day they receive shipments. I picked up an item a few visits back and decided to buy another, but it was gone 2 days later. If you see something you want, buy it before it's gone.”
