“Robert truly left us amazed! When my sister-in-law, niece, three daughters, and I entered the store, we hadn't planned on making any purchases. Honestly, our intention was merely to browse and pass the time. As we waited, we observed Robert expertly assisting more than 20 customers who walked in. His ability to warmly greet and engage with each individual, assuring them that despite being the sole staff member, he would give them his undivided attention when possible, was truly impressive. His affable nature and authentic demeanor transformed our purpose from casual browsing to splurging over $400 on custom shirts for all the women in our family. Kudos to Robert! “Found this Rue 21 on the landing which I didn't know they had one there. The first thing I noticed is that the store smells amazing. The store sells different types of colognes and perfumes and I enjoyed the clothing styles they had there. They also had a plus size clothing section for those of whom who need it and the associates were all working and providing customer service.”
“I love shopping at the Gap Factory Store in Branson. I've never had a bad experience there. Blake usually is the one who helps me to find things that are a good match for what I'm looking for! “Our family enjoyed picking out the designs to be printed onto the shirts we picked. We have never done that before, and had fun doing it. We walked out of the store with lots more shirts than we originally anticipated, and we have the friendly saleswoman to thank for that. She was very friendly, attentive, and very good at her sales job.”

This site is clean and organized. It is well stocked and the staff is helpful and welcoming.
The location is in the Tanger Outlets and the Outlets can get super busy on weekends so if you want to park close go early.
Bathrooms are located in the corners of the Outlet Mall.”
“Fashion House is fabulous! I have not had the pleasure of visiting in person, but I placed an order on their website and could not have been happier with the service. I reached out via their online messaging portal about getting an order shipped quickly, and received an immediate response. I worked with Jeni, who could not have been sweeter, to get my order placed and shipped to Texas overnight. With a 30-minute window before the post office closed, Jeni processed my order, packaged my item (with care and attention to detail, no less!) and personally drove it to the local post office. The online selection is lovely and I hope to one day visit in person, but either way I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this small business. Will choose them over major retailers as often as possible! High quality items and even higher quality staff and service!!”

“Excellent RL store. It’s on par with the one in Orlando. Terrific choices and very helpful staff. Don’t be misled by the price tag. If it’s not already discounted, ask the staff about the price or, as I did, was pleasantly surprised at checkout. $138 sweaters for $105 each.”
“Ross is my favorite store for menswear. The styles are exactly what I like. When their racks are full I could reboot my whole shirt collection there! The prices are fairly low for name brand items. The staff at this Ross was friendly and welcoming.”
“I usually always come into H&M stores to buy pants, but this summer we came in through the kids section and we found a couple of really cute dresses for two of my daughters. The store that was really organized and it was really easy to find things throughout the store. We didn't see many Associates in there but the ones that we did see were really nice.”

“I’m a regular customer in the Rue 21 in Tanger outlet mall, Branson. I was very impressed with Stefanie that was always so friendly, kind and very helpful! Very hard working lady and managed to share with me the great deals that the store has whenever I came. I specially going there because of her kindness, friendliness approach and helpful idea that I’m ending up finding some thing to buy at this store almost every time. I’ll always go back to this particular store since the atmosphere there is so nice and make me feel part of their family as soon as I came. I couldn’t thank Stephanie enough for letting me know what is new each and every time and helping me navigating the right staff for me without wasting any time searching for it. It also doesn’t “hurt” that it’s always very good smell when I come in to the store and have this fresh, beautiful aroma just from stepping inside. I’ll look forward to visit again soon to see this smiley, beautiful lady that always there to help! I wish more stores like that will be around with this kind of service to make you enjoy shopping whenever you come in! They also had picture frames, cups, plates, books, and some other interesting knick knacks in there as well. The store was very organized in the associates they were really nice.
