The Under Armour Factory House in the Tanger Outlets is clean and organized. The store is well stocked and the staff is helpful and welcoming. The location is in the Outlet Mall and the bathrooms are in the corners of the mall. Weekends can be super busy so parking close means go early. People can find high‑quality, nice looking, great‑priced activewear and many discounted sale prices. The staff can scan items, see if they have more sizes in the back, and search for jackets or shoes. Service is described as amazing, pleasant, kind and wonderful. The store has a lot of items, a bigger selection and sale such as buy 1 get 1 free and a 15% discount from online. Checkout lines can be long and crowded but people are polite and opening doors for others. Some feedback mentions a need for more training on the computer system and customer service skills.
This place is GREAT! It lets you stack current promotions and coupons. Coupons even work on clearance which is AMAZING! The staff is super nice! Billy was very helpful and Caleb was friendly upon check out! Great job, guys! We will be back!

Clothes good, this particular location has a ton of employees none of which want to check you out. If it had not happened over 5 times here doesn’t matter time of day… it is the SLOWEST checkout in tanger, beware.
