Grand Oaks Hotel is a nice hotel with a great location, conveniently located near restaurants, activities, and other attractions, though not directly on the strip for a quieter atmosphere. The place is clean and quiet with very nice, comfortable beds. The staff is generally friendly, accommodating, and helpful. However, experiences with service and amenities can be inconsistent. Some guests found the room service and attention to detail lacking, with issues like unclean jacuzzis or bathrooms not being addressed. The hotel is seen as cutting corners in areas: the complimentary breakfast has limitations, there are dispensers instead of individual shampoo bottles, and the outdoor pool was very cold. The pool area windows may need cleaning or replacement. Amenities like the ice machines, pools, or hot tubs are sometimes closed, empty, broken, or not working. The exercise room lacks certain equipment. Overall, it is an OK hotel with good value and comfortable, clean rooms, but it is not a swanky hotel. The service and amenities sometimes fall short, preventing it from being better than most. Many guests would stay again despite these issues.
We enjoyed this hotel so much. The people were very nice. The rooms were clean and the pool was fun for the kids.

A decent hotel for the price we paid. Just a standard hotel, service was good. Breakfast is small but get the job done and it was good. Only thing I can suggest is putting in some more lights at the pool.

Excellent customer service, great rooms, awesome amenities… especially the hot tub… definitely would visit again if in the area!
