“I found this motel by accident but it is very nice. Tesla car chargers (not free), outdoor pool, hot tubs, full bar. Excellent staff and reasonable for the quality. A stream also passes by the hot tubs with a small waterfall and absolutely clear water. Excellent overall experience.”

“We had a very good experience at this Best Western! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows were great, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The pool and hot tub were also a nice bonus, and we really appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly.
We actually came here after having a very unpleasant experience at the La Quinta across the street, and the difference in customer service was incredible. From the moment we arrived at the Best Western, we were treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable right away.
This hotel ended up being the perfect solution for our family and our pets, and we had a much better experience than we expected after such a stressful start to our trip. We would definitely stay here again.”
“Overall I would give our stay 4 stars. Our room was clean, but the curtains on the windows weren't quite wide enough, so no matter how I moved them around, it still let in quite a bit of light from the outdoor hallway. I prefer it pitch black when I sleep.
The waterpark was fantastic and we enjoyed all the different areas we could enjoy. The slides and the lazy river were a favorite!
We purchased their fall package and thought the deal was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor mini-golf course and the delicious pizza. We thought the show (Pets & Giggles) was a little too over the top silly with all the farting noises so we only stayed for half the show and then left. We did wish the buffet was a little more affordable. We opted to leave for meals except for the pizza we got from our packaged deal.”
“We returned to Rockwood this year. We had not been to the lake for a few years, and we had a blast! It is the ideal place for our extended family. Easy access to the lake, the boat slips are a must for us, close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping, and off lake activities. The condos are perfect for large or small groups. Nicely appointed rooms, large kitchen, multiple bathrooms, patio, lots of space.”

“Instead of going to the main strip in Branson, head to The Pointe Bar & Grill. It is very close to town and easy to get to. The prices are the best in town, the food is wonderful, and the staff is great! We are breakfast there almost every morning and tried various things. It was all good. The big fluffy omelet and the biscuits and gravy were wonderful. We would highly recommend!”

“Stayed here over the Memorial Holiday weekend... Rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the kids loved the pool! Also, the owner, Dan, was amazing and super friendly! He even let us build a campfire and roast hot dogs one evening! We will definitely be booking another stay again very soon!!!”

“Check in/out was easy. Friendly and attentive staff. Great location, not far from everything. Loved being surrounded by all the trees. The only complaint I have is the room needs a good deep clean. The floors need a good scrub as well as the cabinets. The room could also use a few more utensils and supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap) for the families that are staying longer. My SIL was also staying in the apartment next to ours and her AC never cooled below 75 even though it was set lower.”

“I love it here! It’s only been 2 weeks, but I have had nothing short of 5 star service from Alex and Dave. I had a minor faucet leak, and it was immediately taken care of. My room is spacious, and very clean. I have free HBO and MAX. It is always very peaceful and quiet. There is video surveillance everywhere, and full time security.

“I booked this hotel so I could be near my Dad who was in the hospital. Was a little nervous traveling alone but when I arrived at the hotel I was immediately welcomed to the hotel. When I got to my room the rooms were very clean and loved that it was not only close to the hotel but was within walking distance to the historic downtown. Would highly recommend.”

“Price was great! Very close to Branson to get around. The nice employees behind the desk up front where all kind. Hot tub worked great in indoor pool erea. Little Mexican restaurant was the bomb. I promise you will not leave hungry. Branson has been our place for years. Oh one last thing, the roller coaster at night was like! WOW! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!”

“Grand Oaks was a great place for our family of 5 to stay for our weekend Branson trip! Breakfast was good and hot, the rooms were nice, quiet, and cozy. We had plenty of amenities. All good things! But what sets it apart is the staff... Cody and David got to witness our 3 year old become the saddest boy you've ever seen when we realized that the pool had a lot of teenagers having the time of their lives, but that meant that we couldn't really let the little one in. They didn't have to make any exceptions for us, but they did. We all got to swim for just a little bit and it made our kids so happy. Good people exist and they exist at Grand Oaks! The people always make the trip awesome. Thank you to the staff, what you do matters?”
“Clean rooms. Desk clerk Crystal was extremely helpful. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired and the pool was non functioning (although we where extended the option to is the pool at the hotel next door).”

“I was a little hesitant reading some of the 1-2 star reviews. The price was too good to be true so I set my expectations super low, crossed my fingers, and booked our vacation. As some others stated, the check in took maybe a bit longer but once we got to our cottage I was completely blown away! The gal that checked us in ended up upgrading our cottage to have two bathrooms (thank goodness) and that extra space was very much appreciated. The cottage was fully stocked with everything you need! I had preemptively brought along paper plates, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish washer detergent, even some baking/ cooking utensils but they had supplied it all! We did not want for anything. The beds were pretty comfortable and had an abundance of pillows, the sofa bed was as expected comfort wise. The decor was very fitting and gives you that beachy vibe. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious with lots of storage. The back deck had two rockers and was so relaxing. Our cottage backed up to a little stream/ green space that my kids loved exploring. I also loved that we had our own cottage, my kids can be kind of noisy so not having to worry about neighbors was a relief. Now for the resort amenities, the bar is well stocked and had some really yummy drinks, price was a little high but nothing too crazy. The pools were warmer than I like and somewhat cloudy but nothing my kids really cared about. There were a few of the splash pad attractions that were not working but once again, the kids didn’t even notice. We visited all three pools and had a great time at each one, I think my kids could have stayed there all day. Oh and obviously the water slide was a major hit! We loved they they little ice cream shop that was on the grounds, it was a nice treat after hours at the pool. Location is perfect, just minutes from downtown Branson and Table Rock Lake. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back!! Great job 10/10”
“We have stayed at this hotel about four or five times now. We absolutely love it! The breakfast is great, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the location is close to everything, and the rooms are clean. I love that we can get groceries and Koch in our room and that there is a full-size refrigerator. Thank you, Marriott for making our stay so pleasant and thank you staff for always being amazing to us!”
