“I found this motel by accident but it is very nice. Tesla car chargers (not free), outdoor pool, hot tubs, full bar. Excellent staff and reasonable for the quality. A stream also passes by the hot tubs with a small waterfall and absolutely clear water. Excellent overall experience.”
“The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the buffet is big but some of the food has sit to long and dried out and the only desert they offered was cookies. Really disappointing for $21.99 per person and on a Friday night. Everything else was great, we had so much fun in the fun spot with lots of games to choose from.”
“We returned to Rockwood this year. We had not been to the lake for a few years, and we had a blast! It is the ideal place for our extended family. Easy access to the lake, the boat slips are a must for us, close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping, and off lake activities. The condos are perfect for large or small groups. Nicely appointed rooms, large kitchen, multiple bathrooms, patio, lots of space.”
“Instead of going to the main strip in Branson, head to The Pointe Bar & Grill. It is very close to town and easy to get to. The prices are the best in town, the food is wonderful, and the staff is great! We are breakfast there almost every morning and tried various things. It was all good. The big fluffy omelet and the biscuits and gravy were wonderful. We would highly recommend!”

“Stayed here over the Memorial Holiday weekend... Rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the kids loved the pool! Also, the owner, Dan, was amazing and super friendly! He even let us build a campfire and roast hot dogs one evening! We will definitely be booking another stay again very soon!!!”

“Very pleased & thankful we chose this hotel to stay at! The better-than-other-hotels rate, pictures online that showed the doors to the rooms were indoors, and the free breakfast is why we chose this hotel. We had a great stay. Our room on the 2nd floor was clean and up-to-date, parking was free, and we felt safe. Breakfast also offered both waffles and pancakes, among other things, which is always a plus in my eyes! Also, the front desk staff was SO helpful and nice. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and great experiences. The location is great too- close to shops, restaurants, and shows. I’d definitely stay here again & recommend it!!”

“Stayed here weekend before Christmas. Rooms could be updated, but bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and indoor pool/hot tub were a hot. The location is ideal and customer service was excellent. We'll be back.
****Update. Rooms (updated) and pool were great. The hallways could use more lighting and the breakfast was not very good. Eggs were watery and biscuits and gravy were below average.”

“Check in/out was easy. Friendly and attentive staff. Great location, not far from everything. Loved being surrounded by all the trees. The only complaint I have is the room needs a good deep clean. The floors need a good scrub as well as the cabinets. The room could also use a few more utensils and supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap) for the families that are staying longer. My SIL was also staying in the apartment next to ours and her AC never cooled below 75 even though it was set lower.”

“I love it here! It’s only been 2 weeks, but I have had nothing short of 5 star service from Alex and Dave. I had a minor faucet leak, and it was immediately taken care of. My room is spacious, and very clean. I have free HBO and MAX. It is always very peaceful and quiet. There is video surveillance everywhere, and full time security.

“Price was great! Very close to Branson to get around. The nice employees behind the desk up front where all kind. Hot tub worked great in indoor pool erea. Little Mexican restaurant was the bomb. I promise you will not leave hungry. Branson has been our place for years. Oh one last thing, the roller coaster at night was like! WOW! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!”

“Very nice ! You literally have a massive house for a condo.Pool was a little dirty , But went daily just didn’t notice any pool cleaners taking out bugs or cleaning the pool. Staff was nice !! The entire facility is just very beautiful and perfect! Especially families and kids .”

“Grand Oaks was a great place for our family of 5 to stay for our weekend Branson trip! Breakfast was good and hot, the rooms were nice, quiet, and cozy. We had plenty of amenities. All good things! But what sets it apart is the staff... Cody and David got to witness our 3 year old become the saddest boy you've ever seen when we realized that the pool had a lot of teenagers having the time of their lives, but that meant that we couldn't really let the little one in. They didn't have to make any exceptions for us, but they did. We all got to swim for just a little bit and it made our kids so happy. Good people exist and they exist at Grand Oaks! The people always make the trip awesome. Thank you to the staff, what you do matters?”

“Room was clean, bed comfortable and the room was pleasantly quiet. Being close to elevator, I was concerned it might be a distraction, but it was not at all. “Balcony” was concreted in; door was not operational, but I did not have a need for it anyway. There was no remote, but when I called the desk they sent someone up with a new one and he programmed it right there. The front desk agents were polite and helpful. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was nicely kept up. Had it not been winter and snow on the ground I would have utilized the walkability of the hotel in proximity to several restaurant and store options. I also appreciated the enclosed closet space and separate ironing board, iron cabinet. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. The water pressure was much better than other places I have stayed and the tub delightfully not slippery.
I had not need, but coffee and microwave convenient in the room and a nicely sized mini fridge was available.
My only negative was the heat was inconsistent. It would get VERY warm and then EXCEPTIONALLY cool throughout the night.”
“Clean rooms. Desk clerk Crystal was extremely helpful. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired and the pool was non functioning (although we where extended the option to is the pool at the hotel next door).”

The breakfast is great, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the location is close to everything, and the rooms are clean. I love that we can get groceries and Koch in our room and that there is a full-size refrigerator. Thank you, Marriott for making our stay so pleasant and thank you staff for always being amazing to us!”
