Never would I have begin to think to review a shoe store, however, after a recent trip here w my 15 year old daughter, I must do so.
I cannot recall the young women’s name who helped my daughter with her purchase, however, was so impressed with how she handled this transaction with my daughter and helping her get not one..but two pairs of shoes. She far exceeded my expectations on her willingness to help my daughter get the right shoes she was looking for. Management should be proud of having such an employee as her.

Brought my grandkids in to journeys to get sized and shopped for, the male manager seemed very uninterested in helping us. I’ve had this experience in the past at a Journeys, and will not be back unfortunately.. Seems to be a pattern with the management.

This is by far the BEST journeys around!! The manger and sales representative went above and beyond for my daughter that is special needs in finding her the Ugg slippers that have been sold out for months! I will only shop at this store & only call this store if I ever need anything in the future! Again thank you girls from the bottom of my heart for making my daughters Christmas the best ever! ?

They do not measure your feet. But will bring you multiple sizes for you to figure out. They do not lace up shoes for you. Also do not check your fit. Only discounts you can get is signing up on a mobile app. No discounts even if you purchase multiple paid of shoes.

Awesome and attentive staff. Sadly I don’t know any of their names to give them a shout out as I didn’t see any name tags but they were great. I purchased some shoes while on vacation. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in store but had them ordered and shipped to my home for free. When I returned home from my vacation my new shoes were there waiting for me. Staff also suggested journeys brand low cut socks and promised they would stay up unlike the other brands I’ve tried and sure enough, they do! Went back the next day to purchase more. Thank you!
