The condo we stayed in was immaculate. It was beautiful and clean. The only issue we had was with the fold-out couch. It was so uncomfortable for our teens, we ended up buying air mattresses at Walmart. We were not sure how to get fresh towels either and think that maybe we were expected to just wash them if we needed new ones. With the washer and provided single serving of laundry soap, washing towels was possible. Water pressure was great in the shower. We had a quiet stay as well. It was a great place to stay for a family of 4. Everyday living needs were covered with kitchen stuff, trash bags, etc. Check-in was a smidge confusing with 3 different gates for the same facility, but once we found the sign for Guest Check-in we were good.

Perfect location. A little off the main road. Pool/hot tub nice. Rooms beyond our expectations. Customer service is very accommodating.

When we visited the outdoor pools were still closed for the season, but the indoor pool still gave my children plenty of fun! Plus the sauna was a bonus and all the hot tubs outside were open and wonderful!

Front desk people were great. Entry way and patio was nice. Didn't stay here. Stayed at French quarter. Leprechaun scavenger hunt was fun. Pool is great. Hot tub even better. One guy even came out to use the BBQ grill.
The market speech to do the owners presentation to buy more was sketchy. Promising a very nice lunch, they served warmed up pizza u can bet someone touched with hands you could only hope wore gloves to put it on three tired gas station warming rack to turn and keep warm. Would have been better left in the box- decreasing the amount of people that touched it.
The place was nice though. The people were nice.

Love this beautiful resort. Recently remodeled & new furniture. Fully equipped & even had washer & drier. Many events going on at the resort. Friendly environment. Quick check in & out.

Very nice place to stay. Pretty close to everything. Have access to all 3 properties they have far as indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and game room

Everything was nice. The front desk was very helpful and informative. The rooms were great. The place looks well kept and taken care of. The location was good, far enough off the beaten path to avoid all the traffic noise, but close enough to all the exciting things to do in Branson! There are several amenities and activities available on property, but we did not use or participate in them.
