Room is ok. Surprise there's no daily room service. Gym is really small. Hopefully there will be drinks provided to the hotel room in the future.
Breakfast can be better

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I usually avoid leaving bad reviews, but this property was in terrible condition—broken and run-down. The lamps were broken, the AC was loud and noisy, and there was even mold. Absolutely unacceptable!

Check in was great! Full figured white male and a possibly Jamaican woman! Excellent! Personally walked me to 2 rooms to find a clean room for us. Settled on one due to the willingness of the gentleman to make us happy! Down hill from that point! Room is filthy! Even after I cleaned! Smells like water and mildew! Purely dated! See pics! But need a place/everything booked around us! To add to the filth, Marg who is the front desk clerk and Lacey, manager wanted to charge a higher price for us to keep the room an additional day! We worked something out but what a joke! Charge more for the room that I’m showing you is unacceptable as he is! Where are we going nowadays! Bottom line is, don’t visit This property until the renovation is done, which doesn’t start until December they claim. It’s filthy. It’s nasty and they will continue to charge market rates due to the tourist in this area. Stay away it’s nasty with a couple of great team members! I’ve warned you.

Rooms are nice but worn and outdated. Good central location in Branson if you want to be close to the strip.

Would give this property a zero rating. Broken sliding doors on closet, cracked light shades, dust all over bedroom furniture, and worst of all unreliable air conditioning. Up to 80 degrees in our unit in early evening, making sleeping miserable. Complaints to Marriott customer service sent us back to the site manager. We are Marriott Vacation Club members and only stayed here because we were unable to book the Marriott Willow Ridge for this visit. Close the Residence Inn until renovations are made!

When we arrived I was told our rooms were not ready, it was only 1400 but I had done an early check in. The clerk said they would call when the rooms were ready. I asked if that would be by 1500 as we had theater tickets. She said “we’ll call when the room is ready” before walking out I looked at the pool and hot tub only to see there was no hot tub dispite there bring two pictures of one on the Bon Voy app. When I asked about it I was told it broke and the owners did not want to get it fixed so they filled it in with cement. I told the clerk that I booked this hotel because it had a hit tub. All she said was we don’t have one. I went out to my car and booked another hotel then went back in and told the clerk to cancel my reservation. She told me I would not be charged for the night since I had not checked in did not sound right but I was good with that. About an hour later I got a call from Lacy the GM who told me I would have to pay for the one night. I asked her about the hot tub and that they advertised they had one, she asked I send her screen shots as those pictures should have been removed. Because of this she did not charge me for the one night. I was very grateful for that and after seeing all these negative reviews very glad we did not stay at this hotel. I will say as of today the pictures of the hot tub are still in the Bon Voy app.

Booked for two nights ended up only staying one It was so bad got to the room very little working AC and the units were held to the window by duct tape coffee stains on counter that could have been wiped away with a simple Clorox wipe would give zero stars if possible would not recommend staying here You're better off somewhere else

We stay at this particular Residence Inn whenever we are in Branson for business or fun. My husband and I always enjoy the friendly and gracious employees. Malachi
the desk man when we checked in. Very nice young man. The place is clean, and they are about to renovate. It is needed, showers, etc., but I will say they do their best now. We will stay
again.

Before You stay READ first! The first room they put us in (On the basement level) had flooded the year before we had even saw them pumping water out of the room, this year the room smelled like musky mold. The second room the a/c was broke and they had a small stand alone unit in the bedroom a person could not walk around in the room, it was too hot to stay in the living room or use the kitchen area. When the husband talked to the office their response was we can give you 10,000 credit towards your account (Just FYI, they do a drawing everyday for 10,000 points all you have to do is put you business card in a basket.) and they informed him that the hotel was booked up and tried to blame it on the new owners and us booking last minute (We booked it 3 weeks earlier for the 5 day stay). We love to stay in Residences Inns when we travel there are some amazing ones out there, just not this one. I will admit I did cry one night when the room had mosquitoes in it, the husband tried to defend the hotel saying having the window a/c unit left gaps for the mosquitoes, all I could do is sob about driving 9 hours to pay to sleep every night in is a sweatbox. It was the worst 5 day vacation due to the hotel, who feels like having fun when you are have a miserable night sleep for 5 days. We love the town but will never stay at that hotel again.

Standard Residence Inn amenities at a good rate. The 5 star comes from how Christopher, one of the front desk staff handled a situation while my family was in town from Dallas for the 4th. What could have created lots of discomfort and anxiety during our stay was taken care of through listening and understanding the situation he was able to quickly and clearly communicate the solution. Definitely an asset to the Branson Residence Inn team.

We had a great suite. Most likely, we will be our next place to stay on our next trip to Branson.

As soon as we walked into our room a musty/moldy smell filled your nostrils. We began to look around and noticed the air return vent was covered with lint and black looking mold. We saw a black stain on the ceiling on the bedroom around the air discharge vent. We began to experience stuffiness in our noses and began coughing. We loaded up our belongings and and checked out explaining to the desk attendant what we saw. He seemed surprised. I ask for a refund and he said I may get 80% back. I have yet to receive anything. My advice would be to avoid this motel unless you want to get sick from mold exposure.
