Don't trust what they say. It seems like they tell you whatever they think you want to hear. They also would not mail my daughter's phone to her since she took care of her business at this Verizon and they would only mail it to me since I live here, and then I had to take it and mail it to Washington.

This place never has the stuff for the phones I've bought here. Sold me a pixel 6 pro and they don't even carry a case for it. Not to mention the guy didn't even believe me when I told what phone I have, like I bought the damn thing I think I know what it is. Pretty sad when I have to drive an hour out of my way just to go get a phone case

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I just needed a SIM card replaced (subsequently I’d been without cell service for the whole day,) when I explained my situation and gave all my info to the rep he said I wasn’t listed as an account manager under my family’s plan so he wouldn’t be able to replace it. He said I’d have to call my family and have them either go on the app and add me or call the “611.” I used an office phone because obviously mine had been out of commission. My dad added me as a user and I received an email saying I was texted a temporary password to continue. Problem was I couldn’t receive the text because my SIM card was out of commission. The rep said “iPhones should receive texts if you’re on wifi,” I said “yes, except I have no service because I need a SIM card,” he got on the office phone with my dad to make sure he did everything right while looking at my phone, saw that the ringer was off and said “well that’s why you’re not receiving texts, this switch is off.” I said, “no that’s just the ringer.” He said, “well I don’t know what to tell you … let me go check with my boss.” Then left me alone for another 10 minutes, came back and asked me “any luck?” I couldn’t help but laugh and say “you said you were going to speak with your boss.” And he said “yeah she doesn’t know either.” He then proceeds to check his system to see if I’d been added, and lo and behold, my name pops up. I was on the office phone with my parents for 40 minutes for something that could have taken 5 minutes tops. He takes my phone, and replaces the SIM, it works. But when I don’t receive the missed texts from earlier in the day I question him and he proceeds to switch on a bunch of random things in my settings, look at the fact that my data is switched off because I’m using wifi and say “that’s why you weren’t getting texts your data was off!” I said “no, I do not have service. My data is off because I’m on wifi, I should still be receiving texts because my service has been restored.” My dad sends a test text, the rep opens it then deletes my dad’s and my entire text chat, I say “do we have to power it down to give it a chance to reboot?” He says “no you don’t have to do that, it should just reset.” It does not, I excuse myself to the restroom, take my phone, power it down, and switch it back on and all the missed texts from throughout the day came flooding in. To sum up, I could have done this man’s job better than him with no training. He was incompetent, talked down to me when he was blatantly incorrect about basic technological principles, and he wasted my time.

Verizon is a money pit that loves to add on fees without merit. I left them after 24plus years of service. I just wish I had years earlier. T-Mobile is much better.

This is the most incompetent store and 1800 representative that take calls for this store.Is started by the phone call the rep who helps the store didnt check to see if the case was available and it wasn't so the store when they went to fill the order canceled the order bc all the pieces wasn't able to be filled. So when I went to the store to pick up my items it had been canceled and they sent email telling us.So first mistake by Verizon was rep didnt check to see if case was availableSecond. I had to call today to find out where my refund was. Rep on phone said store never put in for refund.A customer should never have to call to get their own refund. I really did not have the money to pay 131. Then turn around and pay 93 dollars and no refund put in on a timely manner.Next day. Still can't get ahold of store. Still have not gotten resolved. Store won't answer calls from us or corporate. Store should be closed down.Was told I should go to store to get resolved. Like is my job to fix Verizon mistakes. All these people should be fired.

Need a case and Couple of chargers. Just walked out of the store. No acknowledgement when I walked in the door. Waiting for 15 and left. I think I have close to 25 lines on my business account. Very bad. Incredibly disappointed. I’m sure you can find my account by my name. Yikes.

The worst experience I've ever had. Literally no line when i arrived, waited over an hour and the only people that spoke to me put me on the "waiting list"...they did that four times but never actually helped me. I took my business elsewhere.
