“I first went to O’rallies, and got completely ignored. I came across the street, walked in, got greeted, a man walked me through everything I needed. he compared prices and efficiency for me. very polite and welcoming. I will absolutely never go to O’rallies and only come to AutoZone. they respect women!!”

“We came here at night time to get a head light to replace my right front head light that was out. My boyfriend read through the book that listed what part for which type of car. The cashier person was busy helping someone else for a while. I am glad that my boyfriend can search up for the type of headlight that my car need. We then check out and my boyfriend changed the headlight of my car in less than two minutes. The headlight works great. Overall this place has what we needed and there are plenty of parking in the parking lot.”
“Update: They stepped up to the plate and I received my check.
They were professional and courtesy about this entire issue. I appreciate that they worked with me on this. I am perfectly satisfied. ------ On Feb 23 I purchased a car battery from Advance. There is a sign in their window that they install batteries at no charge. It took 1/2 hr for the tech to get my old battery out of the car. When they attempted to put the new battery in, it was too large. I told them to put the old battery back in my car and I would go someplace else. After another 1/2 hr of them putting the battery back into my car, my car would not start. They called two off-duty managers to the store to figure out why it wouldn't start. After 4 hours one of the manager's said I would need to tow my vehicle because they didn't know what was wrong. I told the manager he would be paying for the tow. He agreed. I had my car towed to a car repair shop. The car was there overnight. I had to take a Uber to work the next day. The car repair shop let me know the cables to my battery had been damaged. After purchasing a battery, the labor, cable replacement, Uber ride and tow, I had spent $557.00. The next day I took all of my receipts to the manager at Advance and requested a refund of $297.00. She agreed but said the check would come from the home office and it would take 6 weeks. At 6 weeks I did not receive a check and contacted the manager. She said she would contact the home office. I waited another week and still heard nothing. I called the manager for an update and she said they needed more time. It does not take 7 weeks to cut a check. The runaround and delays are not acceptable. Advance Auto is responsible for the damage to my vehicle. If they do not stand behind their techs and their name, their reputation is no good. If they cannot be honest and upfront with their customers that is a major issue. Is this one of the reasons why some of their stores are closing? I wouldn't doubt it. I will keep calling because I thought I was going to a reliable company to do business and I am getting brushed off because of their error. Not good!”
