“They have a good selection of garden supplies (not dirt) right now at much cheaper prices than most other options right now. This particular store has a problem with the staff seeming to not pay much attention to the customers. They do have a larger supply of items than they did a few months ago so it's fine to shop there and someone is doing all that stocking shelves. They're short staffed like all stores right now so I do give them kudos for keeping up, so they get a star just for that.”
“This location was well stocked and has items that I haven't found at others. All that I was looking for I found here. There was also a greeting when I came through the door.”
“Overall, the store is easy to navigate at all times, clean, and has items I didn't know I needed. The checkout process can be a bit of a pain. The staff doesn't seem motivated to help or go faster when there is a line, and there are only two self-checkouts. I drive from the Grove area to this location just because the overall function of the store is worth it.”
“Great products and store is well stocked. I like this Dollar Tree in particular because it's the only store that carries the miniature party forks and spoons and party glasses and dishes. “Went to Dollar General this morning to pick up some coffee and a bag of ice. I was immediately greeted good morning when I came through the door. The staff was nice and the store was clean and organized. I appreciated not having to walk around boxes and ladders to get what I need.”
“I live up the street from here. Soon as you walk in your greeted by the cashier, but you start thinking she’s only saying hi to read you if you might steal . When you walk around they leave you alone and let you shop. I buy clothes in there for cheap that look nice . Mostly families shop there so it’s no hood ghetto activity for the most part. It’s never crowded so you do have a peace of mind”
“Decent location. The store associates are always friendly and professional. The only issue is the space. Sometimes the aisles are a little tight and it can be difficult to maneuver the shopping cart through.”

“This Dollar Tree is mid-size and carries a lot of inventory. Most of the items are $1.25, with the exception of the dollar plus section where items are $3 or $5. Sunglasses are $1.50. This location had items I have not seen at other DTs, like colored extension cords and T-rex tape cutter. When the lines got long, they had 2 cashiers working that shortened the wait time at checkout. “This is my favorite dollar tree in the area. Its always stocked and neat and is easy to find what im looking for. Staff is very nice at this location too and will help you with anything you need.”
“This location is a mega store with options to buy $3, $4, $5 purchases as well. It's normally busy but not cluttered, staff is friendly gives a very local vibe, no attitudes. There's always a team member available and the manager is on the floor just as much as anyone else”
“Place is clean and very well organized for the most part. There were carts in the back hidden that were full of things but it could have been new merchandise they had yet to put out.
The employees were kind and very informative when it came to my mentioning the digital coupons. Seemed the manager was never far and always able to be available for anything needed, big or small, employee or customer.”
“I popped in quickly to buy a birthday card and some balloons. Everything was easy to find and the store was tidy and picked up well. I got good service at the register. All in all, I got what I needed from this visit and I would stop in again.”

“I’m going to try and keep this short & sweet. Asked my daughter let’s go to Dollar Tree. She said sure if only we can go to the one I like. Considering I’m riding with her I say sure thing. Mind you we live by 3 stores. Daughter like Mother, you spend your hard earned money with Who values you & your bucks. Netherless I definitely see why she passed up 3 close to home to go to 1st Capital. The Customer Service was Super Amazing. Employees greeted us. Asked could they help us find anything Like OMG started off with a conversation with Ms Donna. About the cleaning of the store. And as a Store Manager I know it’s due to the act of the store manager. Not knowing I was speaking to the store manager. Very friendly & professional. Once we spent a hour in Dollar Tree finally we’re ready to finally check out. Cashier Ms Chrissy was just as Impressive, friendly and helpful as Ms Donna. We ended up chatting with one another for serval minutes. I Thanked her as well for having Great Customer Service. Her response was you deserve it!! In a day where you can patronize a establishment and the employees act as your bothering them because you went into where they work. Customer service is obsolete this day in time. Personally I don’t tend to do Google reviews. But I had to do this one. The service exceeded my expectations due to the times we’re living in. But Customer Service really do still exist.

“I love this store, the prices are good, and one can get most of their shopping done in one place. You have to know when the truck comes for the day before, some of the shelves are sparse. The help are friendly and it's so convenient. They are the neighborhood store for everyone.”

“I was just in the Overland store on Woodson, and I was greeted extremely pleasantly by the cashier on duty. Once I got my items to the check-out, she continued to be extremely friendly and even complimented me on my hat. She did drop my milk, but having worked both the dairy dept. and registers at a chain grocer on the east coast,- all I could do is laugh. I wanted to get her name so I could place it here in the review. I was hoping it was on the receipt, but I have social anxiety, so I was unable to get it off her tag.Give this employee a raise!Making customers feel special is not an easy task, and it's good indicator why self-checkouts are becoming universally despised. You can't get service like that with a kiosk.”
“Able to find, the items needed.Customers are able to find a cart to use for shopping. This is not happening at some stores.Customers are able to take the carts out to their cars, to put items in the cars without dropping items trying to get to your cars.Enjoy your Holidays!”
