“I went in yesterday and spoke to Tabitha the manager. Tabitha is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I always enjoy speaking with her, she is also very attentive to your needs.”
“The BoA ATM is in the BJC Center for Advanced Medicine, which is the picture shown. It's at the end of the lobby hall on the ground floor near the staff elevators so admittedly it is tricky to find.”
“Currently not working as of July 29th Saturday 5:15 p.m. as of multiple other commerce ATMs seem to be not working too been to three location so far none of them seem to be working”
“Works fine, no waiting. Not easy to find, when entering plaza from St. Charles Rock Rd make a left and it will be on your right hand side. The ATM is in the middle of empty plaza facing Walmart”
“I'm writing this review to commend La Donna L., Jonathan S., and the rest of the Staff at this Bank of America branch for their over-and-above efforts this morning through a challenging circumstance...After making an hour and a half drive, due to a recent move, to withdraw funds from my Primary Checking account, I discovered that Bank of America was having a rare, system-wide shut-down. You can imagine all of our collective frustration as we were unable to find basic information or complete simple transactions on our accounts. Realizing the importance of our visits, these folks worked incredibly hard to find solutions to help us.Several staff member immediately stepped-up their efforts to find solutions around my particular problem and took the EXTRA EFFORT to help me.I'm not writing this positive review because they figured a way to address my needs (because they did). I'm writing this commendation because they worked hard and did their best to take care of me (and others) when it wasn't required of them... Thank you La Donna, Johnathan, and Staff.”
