Do not buy from these liars, Least of all Jay. told us bill would go up $20-30 for 1 month while all the credits are applied. this month's bill is $200 higher.May the step barefoot on a lego every day for 1000 years.

Dee provided GREAT customer service for me & my 98 year old grandmother. He went above and beyond in assisting with my grandmother's cellphone bill. He also took the time to show me & my grandmother a more efficient way for her to utilize her cellphone. We are greatly appreciative of the superb customer service we received. In a post covid world where “Customer Service” is becoming a seemingly lost art, the service provided by Jay B. (Not once, but twice) was really a top-tier experience. His product knowledge, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond was something that is so infrequently experienced in today’s world. I cannot stress this enough, if you’re in need of phone, internet, or AT&T’s other services offered by way of the Brentwood location, I would wait or schedule an appointment for this young man’s services. The worst experience of purchasing a phone I have ever been through. Mislead and lied to.I came into the AT&T store to get three new phones for a business account and set them up. The employee I was working with got pulled away for a minute and the manager began assisting us. The entire time it seemed like she had no idea what she was doing but figured it all out. She then informs me that I will be charged $1,000 to set up my business account since AT&T has no prior knowledge of my business paying on time and credit which is understandable.A few days go by and she told me the wrong account information so I spent about 5-6 hours on the phone getting was resolved which was not even the worst of it.Now over a month later I am met with a $2386 (386 is my bill) bill for some unknown reason. I stay on hold for just under an hour while they try and figure out what this change is. I’m then informed that they don’t know but may have an idea. They let me know that I will be charged $1,000 for each line that I opened that day which I found my old contract and nothing in this everything saying anything about this.After explaining this all to me they give me two phone numbers to collections and the loyalty department and tell me to call them so they can figure it out (just passing the problem around).The entire time I was with the manager at this store she was rude and lying to me.I’ve only have wrote a few reviews in my life mostly good but this has been an unacceptable experience and I hope somehow this can be resolved or I will be switching to Verizon.

Corporate store just ok.Phone customer service… waited way too long and couldn’t solve my problem. Plus phone reps sound like spoiled children… always had to have the last word and interrupted…and put me on infinite hold. No empathy for my ordeal. After 25 years of being an AT&T customer I am looking for a new phone provider. ???

Because of a surprise snowstorm, we weren’t able to keep our appointment at the store. But the store manager, Travis, drove through the snow to our house to help us set up our account! We had to go to the store the next day because of a problem with my husband’s new phone (not an AT&T product). Again, Travis was very helpful in trying to set up the phone. (It is a special phone made for blind people.) Travis went above and beyond to help!

Brentwood ATT store is one of my favorite stores to visit. I schedule my appointment, I’m on time they get me right in. This particular day, I just needed a phone number changed on my business phone, I was in and out within 7 to 8 minutes. Nick was truly amazing and he took great care of me.Visit this location you will not regret it.
