John was great. I thought that I would lose my data because I was lock out and did not know my password to access my old phone he was patient helped save all data on to my new phone. He then help my 82 year old brain set up everything. I lost nothing. He was fantastic

I had a great experience with Audrey who helped me to trade-in my phone.
