Several years ago I needed to get tile to complete our bathroom remodel. My husband was out of town so I went to The Tile Shop who explained how to tile my bathroom. They even let me bring in tiles I had marked and cut them with their wet saw. It took a few trips back and forth but I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service.
This time I’m just picking out my tile but still a great experience.”

“This place is absolutely huge! You can easily shop for 1-3 hours, and depending on your pace, you still might not see everything. This is a fantastic place to buy holiday decor. During the holiday season, a good quarter is dedicated to decorations, and their variety is stunning. Just make sure that you come a couple of months early.I've never had a bad experience with their staff, and the store is always clean.”

However, a few years back I was assigned Annie Hedger as my sales rep. and have not used another wholesaler since. I have such confidence in her abilities that I can send my clients into their amazing showroom to meet with her and make selections which saves me a ton of time. Her product knowledge of the lines they offer coupled with the construction know how for best installation practices means I will never shop anywhere else. “The male manager was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We decided to stay and look around. We ended up getting help from another employee, Justine, who was great! She let us sample a variety of olive oils and balsamics (with different flavors and countries of origin). She was very friendly and knowledgeable.We bought some bottles (including a house brand, which you can take back your bottle and have them refill for a lower cost). Overall, good products that we've used in several recipes, better than grocery store brands.”
“It was great working with Cabinet Distributors on this remodel. We had the original metal cabinets in our house and I was ready to upgrade. I really appreciated how I was treated from the first visit. They redesigned the kitchen to make it work and feel better than before. They had lots of cabinets to choose from in all different price ranges. I chose one of their cheaper lines, due to my budget, but the cabinets are awesome! “I have used Milford Supply Part Department several times over the years. Very knowledgeable and resourceful in finding replacement parts. The guy at the desk can identify any faucet type and find a fix for it. What lead to this review was the use of the front end of the shop. I needed a better door for our Steam Shower. They found a perfect door and did an outstanding installation, as shown in the picture. Very Happy!”
