They wanted to help and had a proof of my verbal description sent to me the next morning! The banner was completed on Monday! and looked great on Tuesday for my mom's retirement. I told him to call me if there was any thing that he had a question about, but obviously from past experiences I wasn't expecting him to call, BUT HE DID! He wanted to make sure everything was just right and perfect”
