Since then, Its Alive mechanics have fixed the trans. linkage, installed seat belts, installed power brake booster, fixed a heat gauge, adjusted the valves and fixed a persistent small transmission leak. Jeff and his mechanics were always fair, knowledgeable and responsive.”

Travis (and all employees here) is extremely considerate, well-informed, patient, and understanding. He took the time to answer my 5+ voicemail messages, is easy to contact, and has helped me through the entire process of finding a discontinued part from a dealer. He is extremely patient and will explain any issue in extreme detail modified to the industry knowledge of the client he’s talking to. He got me in quick and was flexible with the drop off time despite not being booked on the schedule. He checked my crashwrap seal to make sure it would last until service multiple times, and diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes from me walking in the door. I love this place!
