They were recommended by my insurance company but I have a high deductible so paid all my self. Looks like new. When we picked up my car my wife asked about some damage on her car. She didn't have an appointment, Kari took care of us, gave us a quote and buffed out one long scratch that I did to my wife's car for no charge. Thanks Kari, got me out of hot water! “In August 2021 my 1953 Ford Sunliner stopped running while on the highway. It was towed to Its Alive and a broken wire was found in the distributor. Since then, Its Alive mechanics have fixed the trans. linkage, installed seat belts, installed power brake booster, fixed a heat gauge, adjusted the valves and fixed a persistent small transmission leak. Jeff and his mechanics were always fair, knowledgeable and responsive.”
