The worst service I have ever had in my life. I was charged a fee for their systems mess up. I will never use the service again they have fully lost a customer. The people behind the counter were very ignorant and even customer care was the same way. The worst service and cell company I've ever been with. Do not recommend for anyone. To hell with metro. They need to go out of business.

Good store for buying Mobile and Sim card. Easy transaction. However they don't provide receipt of payment as per their policy. I never seen such policy anywhere.

Alex, who I believe is the store manager is awesome! She was knowledgeable, offered great advice and took care of my cellular concerns. She helped transfer what she could to my new phone and had me in and out in roughly 20 minutes. Great overall experience at this Metro by T-Mobile store.

This was the worst experience I had. The young lady didn't have a clue. She did know anything about her job nor could she answer any of my questions. She kept her head on the desk and her face. I ask her, to speak up several times. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ebony, thank you!, thank you!, thank you!.... You were a blessing today.My cousin has been struggling with getting his old 3G flip phone changed to a newer/current smartphone. He and I are so appreciative for all your help. Ebony went above and beyond, she is extremely knowledgeable, personable and so Very Patient!!!! Also she was the only one working this morning she handled several customers between helping us with our crazy task and she did it all with patience and a smile on her face. Thank you again Ebony.
