“Best pond store in town. They will certainly have anything you need for water features and ponds. All the staff I’ve met are super friendly and able to assist with any issue you may be having. Lots of live fish and plants to pick from as well, they’re not just a parts store!”

My time spent with them was very interactive regarding what flowers should be used based on my dress shape, wedding colors, etc. They are so kind and easy to work with! They were flexible & exceeded all of my wants and expectations. I highly recommend Parkview!”

“I recently bought 5 rolls of Fescue sod ( 50 sq ft )for my front yard from them. Called them a day in advance to place the order and set a time to pickup. The sod was fresh and they also helped to load it in my trunk. Great experience overall. Big box stores charge you more than double for the same sod roll. I will definitely buy more from Schroeder farm in future.”

“Yesterday I went into Home Depot and I must admit I walked in with an attitude air went out a friend recommended I go find this item called attic air just for temporary solution until air is repaired and I had the pleasure of getting an assistant by the name of kash and when I say I had to humble myself and be pleasant because of the energy that this young lady gave off was completely amazing. She helped me find my item took me to it and helped load them in my cart any other associate would have just pointed in the direction and left u to fin for yourself. Customer service with their young lady was pleasant and put me in a better mood. I applaud and thank you kash for a wonderful Home Depot experience”

“I feel obligated to make time to provide a stellar review for the young ladies of the Overland location. As a new business owner, life can be very stressful and sometimes the smallest things will send u over the edge. Well this would have been the case, but due to these lady’s exemplary display of stellar customer service, I was able to secure one small win that made a world of difference in my day.
Unable to make a purchase using my commercial card (due to not having it physically with me), the ladies in customer service Minetta and Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of making me feel like a burden or bother, these ladies exercised a great deal of patience, empathy, and understanding. It’s sad to say that customer service is so none existent today, I find it surprising when I receive such good service. Because of this i’m compelled to give these women their flowers. They were able to eventually find a solution for me and ultimately resolved my issue. In general, the customer service at this location seems to be a priority. I started off in the check out line and the young lady assisting me was very polite and patient as well. She was a carmel color EXTREMELY petite, longer black hair, and easy on the eyes. I want to say she had a piercing somewhere on her face, but I could be wrong. She was a younger girl, but displayed maturity and professionalism throughout our interaction. This location is diligent in their efforts to provide a top tier experience and I am happy to say they helped me immensely that day. Based off my interaction, we move baby Olive Oyl to customer service as she has the demeanor, patience, and personality for it. We get Minetta and Tiffany in some sort of leadership role/position as they understand the big picture and have demonstrated their ability to exercise good judgement and provide stellar service. Thank u to the ladies of the OV location.”
