“I love Malawi! I'm terrible with names but the two gentlemen that are there most often are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. When I had trouble setting up my tank, corporate stores did not know what to tell me. At Malawai they told me exactly what to do and they got my levels right again. They have a very wide selection of fish and equipment. They often have sales and markdowns as well. I love to go just to see all of the unique fish, especially Romeo.”

“I truly cannot thank everyone at Vetco enough for the care, compassion, and support they showed our family during one of the most difficult moments we’ve been through as a family.
Our dog was diagnosed with cancer, and we ultimately had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. She had been a patient here and always loved coming to see the staff. On a day filled with so much sadness, the entire team did everything possible to make her final moments peaceful and comfortable.
They had a room prepared for us, treated her with incredible kindness, and gave our family all the time we needed to be with her. Every member of the staff was compassionate, supportive, and understanding, helping us through an experience that no pet owner ever wants to face.
While I left a piece of my heart there with her that day, the team at Vetco made an unbearable situation a little easier to carry.
I will never forget their kindness, and I will always be grateful for the love and dignity they showed our beloved girl. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“I have two Pekingese boys who are 4 and 5 years old and this has been the BEST grooming experience I've had since having them! They both came out happy and super clean. Each dog had their own groomer for the day and both groomers did an incredible job considering how rough they were when I brought them in. Their paw pads are now the softest I've ever felt them and are trimmed to perfection. Sanitary areas are adequately trimmed as well and not too short to cause razor burn like we've previously experienced at past groomers. I'm just so happy with how they turned out, I had to come write a review. The shop is amazing as well. The ladies working helped me find the perfect treats and a toy for the boys. Thanks so much guys!”
“My baby Mario (Chihuahua/Min-Pin) are regulars and have been coming for years. What we love about Lola & Penelope's is everything from their wide selection of Fresh food like Portland Pets and A Pup Above, to their top-notch customer service!! We love Lola's frozen treats, like the Bear and the Rat, their amazing spa services which are affordable and have a calming effect on your dog while getting groomed!! Michelle, the owner, has an abundance of knowledge of the pet industry, grooming, and products. She will even text with you about any questions you have, which sets her apart from most pet stores!! The stores are unique and easy to find what you are looking for. We always give them a 10/10 and will always choose them!! The events in-store are SO fun and introduce you to the products you didn't know you needed!! We LOVE LOLA's!!! ❤”

“We have been bringing our dog Doctor here for the grooming services for over a year now and they could not be any more wonderful with him. He is a senior dog and they treat him so kindly with such care. And we appreciate that so much! It is worth any penny and great pricing for grooming. 10/10 I would recommend. All of the groomers have been great but Davion has worked with our dog several times and always does a specifically great job.”

“So, we were driving to Kentucky and wanted to get our pets vaccinated for the new life we're starting. We detoured to Petco. Their veterinarian service is called Vetco.
People were fast and efficient. They vaccinated both our dog and cat. Finished within an hour. Store seemed well stocked, but I was just really impressed by the travelling Vetco.”
“This location is the perfect spot to have the needs of your animals met. It's one stop full service center. The grooming salon is next door to an actual full service Banfield Animal Hospital. PetSmart carries a variety of animal treats, foods (Royal Canin), toys, pet supplies etc. If you don't want to wait ..walk and get a nail treatment, go to Home Depot, Ross, Marshalls, Schnucks, go to one of the nearby eateries. My animals loved it. They were serviced by Sincere, Sierra and Ren. They gave my Shepherd pup a bath and took care of his nails. His brothers got a full groom. The service was welcoming. The prices are standard, parking is ample.”

“I didn't frequent PetSmart. For some reason I thought I could not buy Royal Canin dog food anywhere but Petco. Then Petco treated me heinously after years of patronage. I walked in PetSmart and wolah... they had everything I needed even the food type that was prescribed by the vet. There was plenty of parking..I always see their presence in the malls. The associates were welcoming and attentive. I was shown how to download their mobile app to immediately enroll and earn points. I noticed they willingly worked together like a team. Even though it was slow . they opened another lane up so the new customer who walked up behind me could be serviced quickly. Hello PetsMart . goodbye Petco... happy day!”
