“Got here last night around 11:00 pm parking in gravel lot my appt was for 11 am the next day so I checked in around 8:30 am(checking is at door 33)got a door until 9:30 and was in loaded by 10:30. Overnight parking, smooth check in, and fast unloading.

“Crystal ,who dropped off my unit, was impressive to watch. First of all, I was glad that it was a female. Second of all, she maneuvered our tight driveway with ease that a New York City driver could do.
Crystal was very thorough in explaining all the details of every step with 1800 PackRat.
She was careful not to hurt our lawn by putting blocks underneath to support the unit. She even had to put up with some people that thought they knew better about how to park it than she, who has been driving trucks for 23 years!
Throughout the process, Crystal not only called me to let me know she was on the way, but was very patient and helpful. God definitely sent me the right person to help me with this move! I would recommend you start your journey with this company!”
