I had a tire blow out the night before leaving for a trip at 4:00 AM the next morning and was scrambling all day trying to find somewhere that could replace it. After calling several places, Chris was the only one willing to squeeze me in around 6:00 PM on a Friday even though they closed at 7:00.
Chris went above and beyond to help me out and get the tire replaced so I could make my trip without the stress of driving on a damaged tire. He even stayed after 7:00 to finish everything up so I could be ready for my trip the next morning. That level of service really means a lot when you’re in a tough situation.
I used to come to this location years ago when I lived in Bridgeton, but I moved farther away. After this experience, I will absolutely be coming back whenever I need service. The customer service here outweighs the convenience of going to a closer shop.
