“Absolutely a lifesaver. I can’t say enough good things about the technician I worked with. I made it to the Big G Auto Service with my check engine light on and my car malfunctioning, but discovered they were already overbooked and were unable to see me that day. I had all three of my dogs in 90 degree weather and a car with no AC about 9 hours from home, and my tow to another car shop kept getting delayed so we ended up sitting in the lot for 3 hours. One of the technicians saw my dogs and very generously offered to take a look at my car even though he was fully booked. Within about 30 minutes, he had found and fixed the problem. He absolutely made the difference between me making it home and being stranded with my three dogs and no way to get them somewhere. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness.”

“Incredible service and workers. I came in after going to another shop up the street and was quoted on a number that I initially thought sounded wrong and way to high. I took my car to NTB and Jessi (spelling?) Helped me figure out what was really going on and basically gave me the forefront that I was basically scammed at my other shop and I needed to demand a refund and a rental car and they fix the issue immediately (which they ultimately refunded me and are fixing the issue, but will not be returning to this shop again). Jessi made me feel confident and wrote everything down that I needed to reexamine.
Ive never had better service, he called me back 5 minutes after taking my car in and told me to take videos and photos of the issues and take it to the other shop and demand to get it reserviced. Thank you Jessi! I will be back for any further services.”

“I had a sudden tire pressure problem while driving. Fortunately I was able to make it to the store location before it went completely flat on me. The young lady that helped me at the counter was very nice & professional. Not only did they get me in very quickly the cost was so reasonable that I went ahead & had all 4 tires replaced & added front end alignment. I am now all set for this winter!”

“Today I went to Car X needing 2 tire replacement, but I really only had a budget for 1. The customer service was great and professional/ friendly. Kirk Muehlebach was willing to work with me knowing I really needed 2 tired. So he made a suggestion for a discount and I was willing to work with him because of his efforts to give me a discount and I got 2 much needed tires. I’m very happy with the service and as well as wait time. In my opinion the world needs more Mr Kirk Muehlebach customer service reps instead of rude hurried service and unnecessary pressure to getting products we don’t need or it can wait temporarily.
