“Thanks so much to the team at Firestone. I had a tire blow out the night before leaving for a trip at 4:00 AM the next morning and was scrambling all day trying to find somewhere that could replace it. After calling several places, Chris was the only one willing to squeeze me in around 6:00 PM on a Friday even though they closed at 7:00.
Chris went above and beyond to help me out and get the tire replaced so I could make my trip without the stress of driving on a damaged tire. He even stayed after 7:00 to finish everything up so I could be ready for my trip the next morning. That level of service really means a lot when you’re in a tough situation.
I used to come to this location years ago when I lived in Bridgeton, but I moved farther away. After this experience, I will absolutely be coming back whenever I need service. The customer service here outweighs the convenience of going to a closer shop.

“I want to thank Garren and his technician that he had working on my car. My coolant had mixing problem and misfiring. Two other car lots I took car to said it was head gasket and engine was screwed and I should junk my 2017 dodge challenger. Garren was upfront and honest and telling me most of time it’s head gasket but after inspecting it wasn’t the problem and he saved me thousands of dollars”

“Found this place on google trying to help my stranded son on a Saturday morning with auto not starting. While other places in the area i called before wouldn't basically give me the time of day, not only did Akram decide to go to see what the problem was at the location but he also assisted on towing auto to his place and fixing the starter issue that was diagnosed at a realy fair price! Outstanding customer service to someone from out of state! IF anyone needs auto repair or to buy a used car ( i saw they sell used cars there too on their website) THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!
