“I started taking my cars to Big G in the spring of 2017. He's been taking care of my cars outside of the warranty, since then. He's been honest and upfront with me, from day one. On my very first visit, I thought that I was getting ready to spend at least $500, to get my car repaired. To my surprise, I only spent $120, where another mechanic told me $400 because my water pump needed to be replaced. When Geoff looked at my car, it was a minor fix. I've had three experiences, where someone was going to rip me off. Geoff is honest, his prices are reasonable and he gives his customers warranty on the work he does on your vehicle. It's worth the trip, if you live outside of his area. He just finished working on my car in December. In times like now, it's very rare that you will find someone like him.”

“I've been dealing with University Foreign, since I got my first Volvo 240 in 1982. They've always been poised and professional. They never do a job that you didn't ask for, you can speak to them, and they will explain to you in plain English, what has to be done to your car. Their prices are below competitive, they use high quality parts, and they try their best to get your car back to you, and get you on the road, in the time frame promised. (Occasionally, things will occur, and it may take a little bit longer, but they do not try to drag out their work) I used to take my car to their old shop. This will be my first time going into the new facility, but I am confident, that I will get a fair deal, and quality service. They used to work primarily on Volvos, but now I see that they have extended their service out to just about any foreign car. I've been all over St Louis, getting Volvo's repaired, from the XC70 Cross Country, to my present V50. I'm taking my car in for routine maintenance this month. It needs a new timing belt. Unlike other places I have dealt with, I have no worries that the job will be performed correctly, the price will be competitive, and I recommend them highly. These folks have been around for a long time, and they know their way around a car. If you have any questions about a repair, just simply ask and they will explain it to you. I'm glad they're still in business. I wouldn't take my Volvo anywhere else. I will post again after my repair is done. ***”

“i have been to this location 3 times now in the past month and each time, they were so nice and caring. back on 2/12 i had a screw in my driver side front tire and Gary took care of me the first time, then i came in on 3/8 because my passenger front tire wouldn't air up, the girl who works there, didn't catch her name, took out a small rubber piece that was blocking the path for the air to go in the valve stem and she was super quick and efficient. i just left there today because my back passenger tire was losing air due to a small nail he said, and gary was there again to take a look at it and patch it up. i was then helped by Jose, who was super nice as well. 10/10 recommend this location. will go back each time the highway sends a screw/nail into my tires!”

It had been 11 years since I went to a dealership and I wasn't expecting to leave with a car nor was I was expecting a good experience especially as a woman being alone. I just wanted to browse and look around but he made me feel so comfortable. He broke everything down to me to the T and made my experience not so scary.
