They don't ever answer the phone in the pharmacy. Very difficult to refill a prescription. Their website doesn't recognize my prescription and neither does the automated system. I need my inhaler. Why is this so challenging? Hire someone to answer the phone.

This pharmacy drive-thru is THE WORST! I love Ms Tracy & miss that Tom is no longer managing at this one. I've rarely had bad service that this location.
