“I scheduled my appointment online to replace my front tires and when I arrived at the store Mark let me know the tires I selected were not available, he immediately found a comparable tire. A little later he called to let me know that my back tires were bad and really needed replacing. I decided to move forward and just replace all 4 tires. A little later Mark let me know my car was ready and that he had a little surprise for me. I went to pick up my car and Mark let me know that they only had two of the second set of tires I agreed too and so he upgraded me to a better tire at the same cost! They were super busy but had my car in and out in no time! Great service!! Thank you Plaza Tire and Mark!!!”

“REAL customer service! I walked into Plaza Tire on a very busy Friday with a blown out tire from a cargo trailer. Not only did they have the tire, they promised to have it ready by the end of the day (I didn't need to pick it up until Saturday. I indicated I needed to run a few errands and that I would see them the following day. Plaza called 30 minutes later to let me know the tire was done and even loaded it into my pick-up for me. Fast, friendly and customer-orientated. 5 stars!”
