The next day I called the local Verizon store in Buffalo Missouri and spoke to young lady by the name of Rachel. I told her what had transpired with Tony and we discussed a phone situation. I went in she was incredibly professional and gave me basically the same options. I ended up using my wife's phone to provide a line for my mother-in-law who is having financial problems. I got my mother-in-law put on my bill and it all worked out the way I was told it would. I'm very happy with Verizon and what their representatives stated to me and came through for me and my mother-in-law.”
