Really laid back, not in your face people. Also very knowledgeable, and kind. James helped me a lot, since I’m on the road with my husband all the time. I called and he had everything ready.

I am on the road with my husband and I am unable to get to the store fast and quick so I called and I spoke with James. He is so sweet. He got everything ready for me and my phone service everything and they are very kind and knowledgeable and they’re not in your face. Back next week to get my daughter a phone
