“I love Big Bend Pharmacy. The main pharmacist and owner is fantastic. He knows my medications so well and always provides helpful tips and reminds me of prescriptions that are due to be filled and which ones are a bit early. This keeps me on track and ultimately improves my overall health and well-being. He is also quick and you do not have to wait for hours like at other retail chain pharmacies. 10/10 recommend!”
“We have been going here weekly for a few years now, it's our go-to grocery store. The employees are always friendly and we even know some of them from seeing them frequently. I love that they don't rearrange everything like some stores, so we always know where things are. We like that they have small and big carts (and it may seem small, but these carts are the best carts!), plastic bags recycling, and rewards programs. It's always clean and organized.
The only things we don't like about it is the self checkout - you can only do it with 10 items or less and it is not as user friendly or quick as the Walmart ones.”
“So far they have been far superior to the infusion company we were given to a few months ago. Erin the nurse was compassionate and did an excellent job. Libby the pharmacist made sure things were well done and did great education. These two in addition to the delivery man and delivery coordinator made sure everything was taken care of and coordinated. As an RN of over 35 years I appreciate their care and kindness and highly recommend them.”

“Kudos to Eureka Walmart Pharmacy. They have to deal with so much that isn't their fault. The insurance companies are the ones that control most everything. I have seen employees yelled at and talked down to on multiple occasions. People get upset that something has changed and take it out on the workers. I have been going there for 20+ years and yes, i have had some disappointments at the counter but I realize that it isn't the workers fault.”

“I wanted to get a vaccine so i scheduled on their website for 1010 the next day. I arrived early as requested on website. The check in required you to scan a Qr code and answer alot of questions. Some that were never asked @ other facilities i've gotten vaccinated at. After completing i sat and waited, @ 1030 a couple came in to get their pre-scheduled vaccines and completed what i did. Then we waited together. Finally around 1045ish the pharmacist asked for the couple to come up and they answered the same questions as we previously had to then it was my turn and i answered same questions over again. Then 1100ish the pharmacist came out and gave the couple who had scheduled shots later than mine got their shots. Finally i was called to get mine. Pharmacist then noticed they didnt have a needle so i waited while they retrieved one. Now it was over a hour since my scheduled appointment to get my shot. Victory! I got it. No short synopsis would have given the ordeal i had to go thru to get my vaccination justice. But all was not lost. I noticed on my leaving the store that they had several types of liquor on sale for $4-5 less than other discount liquor stores or walmart and I'm a connoisseur of cheap liquor. So i got a bottle of tequila and went home and had a long island tea. All was now good! I gave them 4 stars instead of 3 because of the good liquor prices.”

I never felt rushed or like I was inconvenient to there job. Id like to point out Lizzy, Emma, karen and Jordan specifically for this. They made me feel very welcome and like I was a neighbor. Which I am practically. I will be back for much more items.”

“I had the best experience tonight when Eric resolved an insurance issue for me within 2 mins that would take insurance up to 3 business days to resolve for a medication my son needed. The prescription was then filled right away at 7 at night and we were able to pick up before they closed. I really appreciated his kind and quick response and resolution.”
