“I called the pharmacy before I went in and talked to Associate Edna. I had a special circumstance because my prescription was on hold for coverage. I told her I would just pay out of pocket. She allowed me to use a discount coupon that saved me quite a bit of money. When I went into the pharmacy, Edna was helping another customer. I knew it was Edna because her character and demeanor were as pleasant with this customer as she was with me on the phone. Edna is now my favorite Walgreens person. KUDOS to Edna. She's the perfect example of customer service.”
