“First time buying tires at WalMart, but it won't be the last. Jim at the front desk was awesome and helped me get scheduled and set up. He was working the desk alone, but it didn't feel that way by the way he worked! David installed my tires. He went above and beyond giving me advice on the tires I just had replaced and changing out my spare for a better one he had just pulled off. Overall, Jim and David will keep me coming back! Great experience!”

“They were extremely helpful. The woman running the office was very understanding of my problem and being stranded. She spoke to the mechanic who broke away from another job to do a quick evaluation of my truck and get parts ordered so they would be on site when they got ready to repair my truck. I’ll use them again.”

Dan showed professionalism and caring for the customer. You dont find many employees like this anymore. This was a great experience at a bad time and it is because Dan i feel this way. “Great service overall, but I was surprised to be prompted to tip after paying $125 for a 30-minute oil change. This isn’t a reflection on the technician, but at that rate, employee wages should be built into the cost. The tipping prompt feels unnecessary and off-putting.”
