“I was upset because I had a flat at the end of a very bad day. Dan was the employee in the auto center who helped me. Dan explained everything from start to finish. Dan showed professionalism and caring for the customer. You dont find many employees like this anymore. This was a great experience at a bad time and it is because Dan i feel this way. Walmart should be proud to have e Dan in their auto center. Thank you Dan for a job well done.”
“Oil change was quick and efficient. Techs should probably use gloves and change after the oil change is complete. The entire front of the hood was covered in oily fingerprints. (I had just gone through the car wash too!)”
“First time buying tires at WalMart, but it won't be the last. Jim at the front desk was awesome and helped me get scheduled and set up. He was working the desk alone, but it didn't feel that way by the way he worked! David installed my tires. He went above and beyond giving me advice on the tires I just had replaced and changing out my spare for a better one he had just pulled off. Overall, Jim and David will keep me coming back! Great experience!”
