Justin was very helpful, Im glad I came to this store instead of the one in my hometown because they wanted me to pay 500+ to bring my ohone home and he managed to get me approved without the down payment despite my bad credit

I had my best experience ever as a customer yesterday at ATT in Cape Girardeau MO. The sales consultant Justin Brown helped me every step of the way setting up a new phone line and picking out an iphone that fit all of my needs. Everything was explained in detail and phone was activated with all features fully functional before leaving the store. I feel confident if anything needs further assistance concerning my service there is someone that can help out at any time. Thanks for all your help, Cliff Peda 6/11/24

I had a very great experience with justin here att.. He is great at his job, friendly.Pleasant to talk to and has a lot of experience and knows what he's doing.. He comes highly recommended from me and buy me... I will tell all my friends that deal with a t and t to deal with him..

Customer service could be better. Was never able to get a situation resolved. Even went as far as talking to the manager of the location and got no help what so ever. Almost seems like they didn't want our money.

Can’t express enough how great the staff is at this store. I had just come from a terrible experience at another ATT location and these guys in Cape made everything all better! Jamie Y was super helpful and patient and fixed my account, got my devices working and did it all with infectious enthusiasm. Superb service! Heads up folks…that’s how’s it’s done!
