I stopped in yesterday to finalize my upgrade and Tim was so amazing. I didn't realize my old phone wasn't charged when I came in but he made it seem like it wasnt even an issue. I had ordered a screen saver through AT&T in April and had not received it. Justin patiently walked me through ordering thru a third party. He was very kind, patient and helpful. He never made me feel like a dummy. He is the best!
