On June 1 2023 I went to Auffenberg Kia Service Center of Cape Girardeau Mo.To get an oil change and tire rotation!I got an oil change and no tire rotation!But was charged for an oil change and tire rotation!!I don’t like dishonest Dealerships that charge people for service that they don’t get!!

I have had the worst time with the service department. My 2015 Kia Soul has been there for a month. I have called and called and have left multiple messages and no one has gotten back to me.
