“I came in to the Jackson mi location buckle with my groomsmen for an upcoming wedding.
There were a few issues that arose! that being said the TEAM worked together to make everything come through for me! They even went as far as offering to deliver it in person! Who does that now in days? That type of service is unheard of! Yet Truly amazing!
I will make the drive back to continue to shop there, and share my wonderful experience and how the staff went above and beyond.

“I stopped my American Eagle Outfitters at the mall in Cape Girardeau, MO. I don't regularly shop there but they had clearance signs in the window so I figured I'd check it out. The store isself was inviting but the sales staff was not very attentive. I walked around a bit to see if anyone would approach me bit no one ever did. I was shopping for jeans. It wasn't too busy as they had just opened the doors. I hadn't intended on making a purchase when I went in and I did indeed walk away empty handed. Step up your game, sales people. 😉 Overall though, it was a nice store and the staff seemed nice as well, but they were not as excited about selling as I imagines they would be. In this case...I did need help about fit and such because I need to update my wardrobe. I did have questions.”
