“I have had nothing but fantastic experiences in the Imagine That store in the Cape mall. The owner of these stores, there are 3 in the mall that are sister companies, is a great lady. She went out of her way to not only locate merchandise for me but she actually went to her St. Louis location and got the item after calling to have it held for me and then brought in to the Cspe store for me to pick up. Very accommodating to say the least. The girls in Imagine That are helpful but not pushy and I haven't ever felt any kind of negativity in there BUT I do not shop in the Hello Gorgeous store because the girls in there look down their noses at you. It's uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I'm sure they don't do it in front of the owner cuz she would not allow it. Just a guess by the way she treated me more than once. Those young girls in the HG store have a whole lot to learn about sales and customer service. I have been in there twice and there was about a 6 month span between visits and it was the same both times. I just stick yo shopping at Imagine That where the girls are very nice and do their jobs properly. A+ for the Imagine That store and all of the employees plus the owner but the HG store, I steer clear. I don't go shopping to end my day feeling self conscious or with my self esteem crushed and I doubt anyone else does either.”
“Pleasant shopping experience in comparison to other Buckle stores. Some clerks don’t give you room to look and they bring stuff you don’t even like. Maddie allowed us time to look around, was helpful and offered good suggestions.”

“I'm so blessed to have given this shop a try after experiencing several mishaps with purchasing wigs online. I am a 33 year old woman with alopecia and I could not tell you the relief I experienced by shopping for a wig here !! The shop has several designs and styles to fit all ages and personalities. It was not hard at all to find a armful to try on and the personal service during the experience was superb. Far too often we get caught up with the online purchasing experience but I know for a fact that I would not have purchased the wig that I left with today had I not had a comfortable and safe space to find the right wig for me. I'm so thankful for the word I received, the ability to find myself again, and all the happy tears I cried on the drive home. I can't wait to live again !!
