The building and surroundings are rough. Very dirty...you can hardly see through the drive up window. A number of panhandlers on or right off of property. The facility needs a thorough cleaning and update.

It was very nice to walk up to a associate, ask a question and not get attitude. She was very friendly and respectful as a associate should be to a customer.
