The people at this store worked with me and after my third try 2 returns on a pair of Hokas we got the right fit. Sometimes the women's just aren't wide enough. “Absolutely amazing! This was my first time in the buckle. My friend and I was greeted and asked if they could help. They took care of everything!!! I bet I tried on over 45 pair of jeans and I ended up with 2 of the best fitting jeans ever! Very impressed with the friendliest of the staff, how clean and organized everything was, and the quality/great designs! Will definitely be going back!!!! Oh and an extra bonus they do free hemming when you buy a pair of jeans;-)”
“I first went to the shoe repair service closest to my house. The sign on their door said to expect up to a six month wait. I was told my repair could possibly be ready in a month. I then went to Bob's Shoe Service, expecting similar wait periods, but was told I could pick up the shoe by the end of the week! Even better, it was done the same day! The person waiting on me kept apologizing for it being only her second day on the job, but she was very competent and helpful - and really nice, too! The price was right and I was VERY pleased with the service and would certainly recommend Bob's for all your shoe repair needs.”

“I had no idea about the bad reviews for this place untill I mentioned to a coworker that I went to buy some new scrubs...I read them and most are from 1 in 2 yrs ago. I can tell u today the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. When I walked they were right there asking if they could help me fund anything. After looking around for a few min and getting 2 tops from the sale rack, I asked about a specific style of pants, tall, no draw string, they helped me find what I needed. I totally recommend this store to any medical person in need of scrubs. They even have an entire section of scrubs already embroidered with St Francis on them if u need that for work. Very friendly staff, had no problems and will go back again if I need anything else for work”
