“We visited here for the first time, it seemed like a better place but I always heard about it being overly pricey which is why I was reluctant in the past. We were greeted by smiles, the receptionist was very kind. Once getting into the room, it was very clean and they had toys to play with! We did not have to wait forever, and Dr. Byrd was exceptional. Within the first 15 minutes we decided this would be our new vet, and unlike we thought, they really don’t charge an arm and a leg, very affordable. Overall, a very calm environment perfect for dogs with anxiety, friendly staff and genuine care about your fur babies!”

“I had to put my best friend of 14years down and she was a pitbull. Agitated and in pain. Also i don't regularly go to this bit but my vet didn't have time.This was on a friday. So I was grateful that they got me in my dog been having a little bit of trouble with her back legs, but they were completely out. She could not use them at all, so she couldn't even get up to use the bathroom or anything. She was very upset, however. We arrived there and they were very helpful i'm focused on making her comfortable and me comfortable too. The people there were great. Really involved and very caring. I mean we felt like we were at home. I couldn't have found a better place with better people if I had to. I hope some really good things happen for them. Their dedication and understanding of each individual s needs is unbelievable and I know Money was comfortable through the whole process and yes it was the hardest thing ive had to do for a pet and I miss her so bad. Thank you all for your support. We need more of you all in the world. You make it a better place. Thank you so so so much!!!!??”

“Thankful for their help. We arrived with a very sick Great Horned Owl we found. On inspection it was suffering from blood loss do to being sucked dry by raptor louse. They took it in right away and couldn't have been more pleased with their response.”

“I've been taking my fur babies here for the past 6 years! they are very caring and good to my animals and always willing to help get me in if in an emergency!! also my cats are never good with strangers and they are always willing to corporate with the vets here! “They got my cat in an hour after I reported her symptoms. It was busy and despite that, my wait was not long and everyone was happy and professional. Everything was fast. The technician and the vet were amazing. You could tell the vet, Brian Heuring, DMV was confident and knew what he was talking about. He did a detailed examination of my cat. I am so relieved that I took my cat here. Thank you so much.”
