Even during closed lobby caused by covoid the main st Joplin branch help my wife transfer money from our LOC to my business account. Kat & Chris at Webb city are the best.”

“A shopping-center infill branch of Pinnacle Bank, with friendly, helpful staff and newer decor. I bank here personally & can easily say they offer services that beat other banks in town, but I will focus on this location. Lobby is comfortable, with TV and a beverage cooler. (Get there early for cookies.) Parking is accessible & easy to find in this shopping center. There is a drive-thru, but it's hard to spot - it's on the south end of the building, but to get there you must go around back from the opposite end. Avoid the large potholes in back, head for the south end, and the drive-thru is around the corner. ATM is on this end also.”

“This bank has the most awesome coffee machine I have ever seen. It has a touchscreen and 3 different Starbucks flavors to choose from. It grinds the beans and brews your cup fresh! That alone is worth doing business here but if you need another reason it's Rochelle, the branch manager. She took care of my financial needs quickly and explained things I didn't understand. All of the staff are helpful and friendly.”

“I switched to Arvest Bank a few years ago, mostly for convenience, as there are several locations in Joplin. Best bank I have ever been with!!! The service I have received at each location has always been top notch since day 1. The Rangeline branch especially! The Branch Manager, Meagan, is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping her customers and team, as if they are her family. “I used to love going to Zora location. They have some new tellers that are a little rude to say the least. The girl didn't even want to cash a payroll check she said they had to hold it for two weeks. No sorry you get a deposit from my payroll every other week. Come on things better change or I'm leave along with the other three accounts I have.?”
