The person was nice, didn't think they would be allowed to process an amount that high but CHECKED to see if they could and they could, so she processed it immediately and without complaint. Really nice. I wish they had a branch in Nevada, MO., so I could sign up with them.”

“This bank has the most awesome coffee machine I have ever seen. It has a touchscreen and 3 different Starbucks flavors to choose from. It grinds the beans and brews your cup fresh! That alone is worth doing business here but if you need another reason it's Rochelle, the branch manager. She took care of my financial needs quickly and explained things I didn't understand. All of the staff are helpful and friendly.”

“This is by far the best of the two CB&T's in Joplin. The people at this branch could teach the people at your 32nd st branch a thing or two about customer service. I also know from experience from going in there it's that branch manager that seems to be the issue at that location and he could use training on customer service.”
