“This isn’t the usual post office that we go to, but we happened to be on this side of town and would not have made it to another post office in time. Sean was sooo helpful! Cutting it close on time, Sean helped me with my packages and made sure they would be sent out! I cannot thank Sean enough!”
“I've had problems multiple times of my postal carrier not shutting my mailbox and leaving my mail exposed to theft and the weather conditions such as rain. I've called multiple times, left notes in my mailbox for the carrier, filed complaints, and nothing has never been addressed. The carrier left me a note once saying my mailbox needed repaired. There's nothing wrong with my mailbox as it's like new. The carrier just won't close my lid till it snaps closed. She won't deliver my mail also if there's someone parked in front of my mailbox either. I have to wait till the next day to get my mail. It's so frustrating, but what else can you do when dealing with the post office.”
“best post office in the country . I never got govermnet employes treating me so well ,this was definatelly the first time . where I live (miami florida) they have no time for people . I hope they swap some miami people with those nice folks in carthage MO. I am gonna miss ur treatment ....but not the weather :)”

“Small little office that closes sooner than others but it's usually not busy which is awesome. With it being right off of 7th street, it's in a pretty good location. The staff are friendly. The parking it is a little awkward to get in and out of.”
